As Chapter Lead Full Stack Engineering at VodafoneZiggo, you guide your chapter and work actively within a squad. You play a key role in a major transformation where we build strong teams, modern technology and reliable 24/7 services.You take ownership of complex challenges early, bring people together and drive initiatives that move your chapter forward. You set the technical direction, align engineering standards across teams and support the growth of your colleagues, while also contributing hands-on to technical solutions.We are moving towards an organization with 24/7 L3 support, and you will be part of this team. In the coming period, you help prepare teams for this shift, with a strong focus on stability, reliability and continuity.In addition, you have a strong intrinsic motivation to integrate AI into our engineering practice and continuously stay ahead of technological developments.

Salary

Gross monthly salary of between
€5.394 min and €6.740 max - with growth potential.

What you bring

You enjoy building strong teams and modern technology. You move easily between vision and engineering and feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field
You have several years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Lead Engineer or in a similar role
You have experience with frontend and backend technologies such as React, NodeJS, TypeScript and Java (Spring/Spring Boot)
You have experience with cloud environments such as AWS or OpenShift
You have experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
You have experience building and maintaining scalable and stable systems
You have experience working in agile teams and coaching or mentoring engineers
You have experience with software architecture and engineering standards
You have experience applying artificial intelligence in software development
You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow in their craft
You are willing to contribute to a 24/7 available environment and take responsibility for support and system stability when needed

Recruitment process

First interview: This interview will take place on May 5th or 6th.
Second interview: If the first interview is successful, you will be invited for a second interview in the week of May 11th.
Assessment: If the second interview is successful, you will be invited to complete an online Hudson assessment (120 minutes).
