Your job

You ensure our HR technology works, connects, and moves forward — with every release.As an HR Technology Consultant at VodafoneZiggo, you make sure our HR systems run stably and become smarter over time. You work in the HR Technology & Insights team, with a focus on Oracle HCM. You translate HR processes into systems that make sense, both technically and functionally. You coordinate collaboration with (offshore) vendors, monitor SLAs, and step in when quality falls short. You maintain oversight of releases and changes, safeguard governance, and ensure audit-ready documentation. You also contribute ideas on automation and integrations that make HR processes more efficient. You are the link between HR, Tech, and vendors, ensuring systems do what our colleagues need.

Gross monthly salary of between

What you bring

What you’ll also need:
• You have HBO level (WO with 3–5 years) and 5 to 8 years of experience in HR-IT or system administration, preferably with Oracle HCM
• You speak and write Dutch and English well
• You understand how to manage releases, changes, and configurations
• You have experience managing vendors and KPI/SLA management (strong communication and stakeholder management skills)
• You are familiar with governance, audits, and documentation
• You help automate and integrate HR processes
• You work accurately, with an eye for quality and data security
