As Principal Solution Architect at VodafoneZiggo, you are the Design Authority for end-to-end technical solutions for complex deals with a key strategic customer. You work with Sales and directly with customers to design, cost, and document ‘to be’ solutions. You also lead and support the technical mobilisation and delivery phases.You respond to new technology requests but also proactively create new opportunities for VBI solutions within customer environments. You collaborate with colleagues, project teams, service managers, provisioning teams, and partners to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and fully operationalised by Vodafone.

Salary

Gross monthly salary of between
€6.364 min and €7.955 max - with growth potential.

What you bring

Your responsibilities

Capture and interpret customer requirements, design complex custom solutions
Develop accurate scalable cost models and support the pricing strategy
Identify and document risks
Document solutions in RFPs, Statements of Works, High/Low Level Designs
Lead virtual teams throughout bid and delivery, presenting to internal and C-level stakeholders
Ensure solutions are tested, scalable, repeatable, and align with existing services
Drive innovation and co-creation with the customer

Your profile

Bachelor’s/Master’s in a relevant field
At least 5 years’ experience with large corporate customers in solution design or consultancy
Experience in IP Networking (SD WAN, LAN), Unified Comms, security solutions (Palo Alto, CISCO ASA), mobility, and managed services
ITIL, eTOM or TOGAF knowledge preferred
International experience desirable
Strong analytical and critical thinking, detail-oriented, decisive under pressure
Experience in Agile teams
