As Strategic Marketeer at VodafoneZiggo, you drive daily cancel performance for base trading and distribution. You own forecasting, target setting, and channel optimization. You work as a strategic connector, engaging with the cluster/business lead and Ziggo director. You are the main liaison between base marketing and the commercial strategy team, shaping cancel outlook, order2base funnel, and base-in-commitment progress. You join the Churn & Retention Management team, owner of B2C Ziggo cancel targets and promotional spend budget. This energetic team defines strategy to minimize churn and increase retention with innovative, data-driven campaigns. As a key member of Ziggo base marketing, your mission is to energize the team and exceed cancel performance targets.

Salary

Gross monthly salary of between
€5.393 min and €6.741 max - with growth potential.

What you bring

With a data-driven mindset and strategic focus, you know how to spot hidden opportunities to improve cancel performance. You connect base marketing, commercial strategy, and proposition teams to make campaigns and processes better. You translate insights into clear actions and motivate colleagues and stakeholders to work together for strong results.

You also bring:

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar field
At least 5 years of work experience in a digital, highly commercial environment
Experienced (B2C) marketeer with strong knowledge of customer dynamics (retention, revenue per customer) and proven experience in trading and distribution.
A professional with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in (senior) stakeholder management
Experience and proven track record in trading, performance and distribution marketing.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing.
Strategic thinker with a proven ability to steer commercial performance.
Skilled in stakeholder management and presenting complex information clearly.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
