With millions of transactions each day, huge investments and tons of data, VodafoneZiggo has a lot to offer Finance Trainees. You will get the opportunity to dive deep into the world of Investor Relations, Financial Control, Accounting, Internal Audit and Risk Management. All in the context of an organisation at the leading edge of technological developments such as IoT, 5G and GigaNet.
You will learn, grow and develop thanks to the knowledge of your colleagues, Unlimited Learning, challenging projects and opportunities afforded to you by our parent companies Liberty Global and Vodafone Group.
From projects and initiatives that make our finance processes more efficient and effective, applying 'Generative AI' and other smart digital solutions, to meeting ESG reporting criteria. There are all sorts of projects you might work on during your traineeship. In addition, you will face a challenge outside your own field of expertise. Meanwhile, you follow training modules from the development programme. And you can learn even more, thanks to the thousands of Unlimited Learning courses for you to choose from.
How will you shape your path? Every six months, you immerse yourself in two days of training about your personal and professional development. This is how you make your personal plan for the next six months. With your fellow trainees. At a beautiful location in nature. In addition, you will work in subgroups on intervision and receive one-on-one coaching.
To help you on your adventure, you will be assigned a Buddy, a Line Manager and a Project Manager. You will work together closely with other Trainees and if you get stuck, our Talent Manager will be on hand to help.
